If your project is super technical, a big challenge, involves moving rooms around, and you just can’t ‘see’ the final solution, then you have landed in the right place!
Because we recognize that you may only do 1-2 remodels in your life and we do about 25-30 remodels a year, we understand your hesitation about pulling the remodel trigger. Our signature 6-step Design Process will guide you through the entire design phase of the project, from defining the work to be completed, measuring the space, selecting materials, getting quotes, and THEN doing the demolition and rebuild.
Depending on the size and scope of the project, we can either Project Manage your remodel, or partner with a separate General Contractor, to complete the work. To ease any worry, we do NOT start demolition until the design and pricing have been approved, preventing overruns, change orders and additional stress. We do prefer to select, order and coordinate delivery for all products used on the project. Between transportation to the mountains and coordinating with the labor schedule, we find this the easiest way to maintain your schedule.
